Multiple addiction/mental health challenges

I developed addiction around alcoholism, porn and paid intimacy. Had all opportunities at work couldn’t utilize it. My addiction was throughout my 20s and it was a hidden secret until 2.5 years ago . This is when I started to accept I have a problem and I need to do something about it. Was let go from job due to behavioural issues (not work performance). I had hurt people, myself , couldn’t make best use of opportunities I had. This is my understanding my addiction issues stemmed from bad choice to try the drug and then hooked on it. I recently turned 30 and while I am trying again to rebuild, I secured a job after 3 months of unemployment . Not same pay not same title not same responsibility but with this job I live at home with my parents. Where as other job paid 50% more and my living expense were taken care of because I travelled for work.

I am working on myself but I feel isolated , loser , stupid and all. I am actually okay accepting it it’s all my own fault. But I feel stuck in this loop and want to move on create a new path. What is gone is gone now. How do I convince my mind/heart to correct past mistake and move on.. I never meant to hurt anyone, I just want to do my thing and live.
