My husband is addicted to meth about to go to rehab. I am newly married and I found it out a month after marriage. It's been 3 months I am devastated. How can I better navigate this situation? what should I expect? how do I prepare myself for everything? I am scared for the future. I feel like I'm falling and there's no one to catch me.

I am sorry for anyone who finds out a partner has an addiction especially if you did not know prior. did you not notice the moods etc?
Sadly it is not OVER after rehab. it is a lifelong thing...if you stay you have to watch and be aware in case of any relapse.
it puts you in position of being a supervisor instead of a partner. moving forward since addict will do things they never thought they would to get high .. trust but verify everything.. Have separate finances keep an emergency fund they are unaware of to protect yourself. Remember in some places if he was to do something stupid or illegal you may be drawn into it financially. Long term the damage done can become mental issues or early onset dementia etc.... this can be a life long results.
I KNOW sounds bad .....you may want to weigh your options and get out of this .... i was much farther into a relationship when i saw my fun when he drinks was a hopeless alcoholic... cost us a lot when he made "OopS" slip ups etc....
