My phone addiction is stealing my future

I am addicted to my phone, I have literally stayed on my phone for HOURS!! kn end, and it has slowly consumed my life, I have no friends and no one to talk to honestly, and it really hard to fight this on my own . Aa a student i can see where it is stealing my time away and just need help or advise on how to beat this addiction please?
