I think this is now fairy a common thing for many people.

What works for me is setting a timer on my phone and when it goes off, putting it away in a locked drawer and focusing on something else.

It's about moderation and consistency and making it a daily practice 🩷

Phone addiction is real. Acknowledging that you're struggling is already a huge step. Feel free to reach out to a listener if you wish to discuss and explore solutions together. You deserve to be heard. Good luck.

What may help is exploring other focuses that you're passionate about. If you have a few, then the phone loses its hold on you, it's less intense.

And then there will be times you can switch it off and forget about it. You'll feel more in control :)
