Phone addiction/scrolling
I've noticed genZ has started having a severe phone addiction. Yes, I get it we have to work but I'm talking about the times when we are free and instead of going out on a walk, exploring or doing hobbies, we are wasting our youth away.

I hear you!
People are no longer chatting!
Or laughing.
Or dancing on nights out!
Or generally just catching up.
Having a meal.
Everything is about being on the phone.
Capturing every second with selfies instead of being truly present.
Scrolling instead of supporting.
No longer having family dinner together.
No longer checking in.
It's very sad 💜💕

I'm older than Gen Z, but I've been struggling with that, too. I used to read like MAD... until I got a smartphone a few years ago. I'm fighting to get my life back on track <3
The fact that you are fighting shows courage. If you did it in the past, that means you can do it again.
I’m reading Gathering Blue, the second book in the “The Giver” series <3
I’m glad I’m not alone on that . When I got my first phone I use to read all the time . I was a book worm for sure . But then when the smartphones came out . I stopped I’m 31 now and still trying to get back into reading . I brought books last year and still haven’t picked one up to read . I read on my phone . But it’s not the same at all .
