@xzz04 please dont give up on your hopes, not now. i know how difficult it is to understand and get over this, but giving up wont get you anywhere either. you need to believe in yourself first, you have to realise that you're worth putting the time and effort in to get over this addiction.

i struggle with the same too, unfortunately. but I'm trying to stay positive and spread positivity, we can do this!!

I was like you at some point in my life too, thought I won't be able to recover but here I'm completely clean. The road is not easy def but with the right help, dedicated, determination, consistency and being together would make us get you out of it......just a message away!

I would say that it’s important to replace it with the girlfriend and having a normal sex. Even if it’s hard, try to socialise with the people of the common interest. Cuz what people are missing about porn addiction, is that some people just need more sex that others, and if they have none in real life, they got addicted to porn.

Basically any addiction treatment is about replacement of the toxic habit with a healthy one.

Stay strong and text me if you want to talk

Have you tried to cut out the things that trigger it? Know that you have control over yourself. There's no such thing as hopeless. It's your body and it's your brain. You tell it what you want.
