Yesss. That’s the actitud most of addicts on recovery ‘slip’ (slip=they go back to their addicts behaviour). A slip is normal 🤍now you will go back to your goal (start again clean). This what a recovery journal is like. You slip instead of relapsed!! Tbh that’s a huge accomplishment.

I was 4 days without watching porn. I slipped today. Its comforting to see that others are trying and struggling. Im doing my best to not be critical with myself. Thank you for sharing. Its helped me tremendously. We can do this!
