There is a lot of posts like this, especially with porn addiction. So many of us struggle with that, I  used to struggle with it for years in past myself.

Well, thank God, that you are only 19 and your life is ahead of you, you know? Still a lot of time to fix things, you are at the beginning of your journey. 

Dont beat yourself up... find some people who beat it, listen to them, learn from them... have some supportive people around you... find triggers and just do what u can to stay away from the temptation, and that thing. Be patient... even one day is a success. It takes time and patience. You may fall thousand times... but it is not about falling ... but about getting up and still walking... and you just grow out of it... it just gets better and better.

And yes, pornography is really demonic. Good for you, you want to leave that thing.

I’ve been addicted for 23 years now. Goes up and down, clean for 7 months then back to square one, clean for a year then the square is back. It’s a struggle.
