Rewards for integrity
Hello everyone, ive been trying to be clean with my own addiction and i figure that each day where i dont withdraw back into my addiction, i could have rewards for myself so i wonder if you guys have any ideas. Or rewards that you guys use to help.

It guess it may depend on your addiction....
I know others who either drinking or using drugs put money they would have normally spent on addiction into an account that showed just how much this was actually costing them ... then after x amount of time one lady took a trip! that is how much she had saved.
people losing weight or such may by a new outfit or such .... others like physical rewards...... but your biggest reward is being free of the addiction or issues you are changing.
