What Ive learned about bad habits

I've learned that recovery isn't about abstaining from a particular substance or activity, it's about making healthy choices that contribute to a healthy lifestyle; mind, body and spirit.

People who never experienced those habits practice a healthy lifestyle. Doesn't mean they're perfect, just .eans they are trying to avoid unnecessary suffering in their life.

So eating healthy, trying to incorporate positivity in your life is all just a normal way of staying healthy...It's just being healthy.

We learn behaviors when we're living life, but eventually you learn that some things do not fit into your life anymore.

You only live life once, but also you've never live life before so some mistakes happen along the way.

Just choose to be healthy; mind, body and spirit.

Dwelling on the negative is more unhealthy than the thing that was negative.

It happened, try to find something in life that you can be good at and move on.

Sometimes what's lost can't be recovered, but you recover some aspect of yourself through other areas of life.

And that's a part of being healthy.
