Lost 18 months of sobriety

Shame anger disappointment embarrassment is a few of the feelings I'm having. I look and ask myself where did I go wrong? Starting over seems so unknown.

when a person has a setback and they need to start again ... in many things not just sobriety they may feel similar feelings of disappointment / anger and feeling of how can i get back where i was.....
i find i can use those same feelings as a powerful tool to get you on track ....... i know i do not want to feel like i let myself down again... i want to go farther then i did before in whatever i am doing
