@queenboss50 Pretty sure this is a safe space to talk about addiction... and it's hard to cope with any addiction. On that note, we've almost all done harm to others in our addiction, but most of us aren't the monsters our addiction makes us. Seek help, if you wish, and hopefully find better coping strategies.. That said, we all make mistakes, and you have to learn to forgive yourself.

oh yes love,! You are more than welcome to share anything in this forum space, i am the community mentor (leader) for addiction community and i monitor all forums as well as our other leaders too. One on ones or great but when you post in the forums, it also gives you a chance to discuss with other members and to relate with them :)

That's a hard addiction to have. It's done a lot to mess me up emotionally and mentally, and though I've been lucky and mostly careful, other related risks could be really bad.

i understand Exactly, and i feel the fact you can recognize this shows the growth you have made in your progress, and thats a great big deal don’t minimize it, give yourself a huge or a pat on the back, you are learning and growing, and sometimes things happen… but it seems you know where to reach out for help, and if you dont know many resources please get in contact with me and i can provide some as best as i can, resources are important especially in distress<3
