Thank you for sharing that, it's not easy to speak up about what you might feel that's off putting for other people.

I personally have known a friend who had a need to touch someone's wrist to feel intimacy. He discribed it as something that makes him comfortable but most women he met didn't like that at all.

He went through psychotherapy and have overcome this part of his life.
