I am addicted to porn and it is ruining my relationship

Hi. I’ve recently had a reality check.

i have a porn addiction, and I have been keeping a stash of porn since I was really young. I am 26 now.

whilst I was showering my girlfriend went through the phones I had been keeping the porn in. This lead to a lot of hurt.

My uncle introduced me to porn since I was 6 or 7 years old. I have been using porn ever since, multiple times a day.

I want to get better.
