Is porn bad if i used it moderatly
I used to watch porn 3 or four times a week spaces exaclty one week apart, between those i used to *** like 2 times.Im confused on whether it is bad for me or should I continue.I stopped watching it for about 20 days or so. Im do my work very well without any issues and if i rate myself from the social rate, im like a 7/10

First of all, you have to answer the question, what does it give you? What benefit? For example, we need food to live, communication is part of the social self, but what do videos give you? Dopamine? The feeling that you are not alone? In any case, watching porn is not the best choice to get these things. Moreover, if you ask yourself such a question, it means that you can’t just stop, which means you are a little addicted, right? In any case, it simply does not bring any benefit, and therefore decide for yourself whether you need it. Good luck!

I am afraid there is neither any clear or definite answer to your dilemma.
As the person above pointed out: if you think it's a kind of addiction (it would certainly be if that was every day or multiple times a day), and you think you have to control it—it's been already dangerous.
Some mental/sexual health professionals say masturbation is OK, because it works like either a preparation for the real intercourse or like a safety valve.
Some people condemn it from the rigid religious or moral point of view.
Certainly, it can be extremely harmful if that was connected with any abuse, violence or seeing other people as "things" or "objects".
I think such movies are usually based on a very far-reaching simplification of the true life and the vast array of dynamics that take place between two people in a real relationship.
Also, a difference between those artificial-tan, silicone-boosted or digitally enhanced images of the actors, and what you can find and expect in a real world can be sometimes devastating, especially in case you had no actual experience.
