Hi Does anyone else have a problem with Masturbation issues and addiction and viewing porn?

Same here, I have been addicted to mastrubating and watching porn and not able to stop it. I try to go 2 or 3 days and the urge just gets so much I can’t control myself. There are so many triggers and social media makes it worse. I just feel so embarrassed.
