... Hi. I am 18 years old. I just signed up to do an EMT course in January (2026) after not knowing what to do with my life or the direction to go into. I have been living at home. It's a stressful environment. I have sexual trauma, and others... I'm struggling with an addiction to... "relieve" My stress almost daily. I want to stop. But I can't risk my family knowing... I'm here because I don't feel comfortable anywhere else... why not on a website where I'm anonymous?

Hey, I understand what you're going thru. The problem isn't reliving stress, but the habit of doing it daily. It's actually good fir health if fine done in limit and if you want together we'll help you fight it, control it and get better without it. Just a message away!
