@Lightdesign323 Hey. I hear ya. It's awesome that you're recognizing that this addiction is destructive and, if anything like my own experience with it, it's turning life upside down. I mean, it's really something that made me feel I no longer knew who I was.

One of the best things I found that helped me was simply reaching out to someone else who's going on this same journey I am.

I didn't have this same forum to help with my journey. I'm glad I've found it now (7cups I mean). Connection is so important on actually making progress.

The place I started was a website called rowboatandmarbles that really provided me with some knowledge; some education, I guess you could say, into how I was spiraling further and further into a self-destructive path.
