Using wife
I struggled with cheating and sexting other women early in our relationship, but now I just have constant filthy thoughts and fantasies about my wife and I also use her selfishly at times for my own needs, wants and desires. Alot of things she isnt really into but does only to please me and make me happy.
Being aware of this is a great first step towards learning to have some control over it. You can try talking about it with your wife, tell her what's going on and encourage her to stop you whenever you're doing or asking her something she's uncomfortable with. If she know you're aware of this and you want it to stop, she could help you holding back in those moments and perhaps figuring out together some things that are enjoyable for both. Also, you can consider seeing a counsellor, by yourself and/or together with her.
