@GoldenRuleJG Thnk you so much! but it wasn't taken seriously. It was ystrdy. I literally have a ton of traits (diagnosed autistic at 16, 28 now) so I feel bcos I didn't display MULTITUDES of traits in the appt he thght I didn't have ADHD I'm guessing. I mean he (the psychiatrist) didn't even ask me abt my ADHD symptoms AT ALL. But maybe read my list of symptoms and examples that I'd prepared. Not sure. Said just autism. Which is really weird bcos I don't entirely identify with just the autism side online here (maybe too spontaneous, adventurous on the ADHD side also do really struggle with rigid thinking from autism but not rigid enough for just autism maybe). Too rigid for just ADHD. Know it's not jsut ADHD, cos defnitely autistic And I've NEVER EVER identified with ANY COMMUNITY EVER more than I do/like I do with the online AuDHD diagnosed community/people diagnosed with both autism AND ADHD. I just don't think I'd have felt/feel so heard/seen/like coming home if I didn't have both. I practically cried. It was like literally me. Like they were literally describing my whole entire life. Maybe also cos special interests are so problematic for me can never stop researching and also have that trlbe with health anxiety then maybe he thght out autism even tho I ahd lots of at least 5 days off in-between and and it rlly hrd to write tht didn't of symptoms (symptoms of other neurodivergence as well as ADHD and lots of  mental health issues symptoms - vastly different kinds).
