Welcome to seven cups 💜 🥰
It's nice to have you here.
I'm sorry you feel you cannot talk to your parents.
It can be a difficult time trying to process what you are going through.
It might help to talk to a trusted teacher.
Remember you are not less.
You might need to find coping strategies to help when you are overstimulated, like putting in headphones and listening to music.
This can also help with sleep, as can lavender spray.

@Amanda84 thank you
@shadowbonnieHi, it sounds like you’re dealing with a lot right now. Having ADHD without support or medication can make sleep, focus, and overstimulation really challenging. It makes sense that talking to your parents or others about how you feel is hard, especially if you’ve struggled to be heard before. You’re not alone in this, and it’s really brave of you to reach out and share what’s going on.
You are a brave girl. I suggest you do what you can to educate yourself and your parents on ADHD. It might help to know that at least 50% of individuals with ADHD have at least one parent with it as well. It can also go undiagnosed, as mine was missed for 20 years and yes, I have a daughter who was diagnosed. She’s doing great but the point is that many parents don’t know what ADHD is. I was one of them. A perfect example of a parent who needed educated.

welcome to cups
@jillovo You're saying you can't take your medications. Does that mean a medical provider has prescribed some? If so, can someone from he clinic talk to your parents? They might be more accepting hearing about it from a professional.
If not, are you able to access any resources to help you with non-medication strategies for better managing? Maybe the guidance counsellors at school can help you with any relevant help.
Hi I share the exact same thing
You can go for therapy near your home for counselling
