Many people think ADHD is simply about being distracted, but it’s often much more complex than that.

ADHD can also affect:
• Time management
• Emotional regulation
• Organization
• Starting or finishing tasks
• Working memory

Understanding these challenges can help reduce self-criticism and encourage more effective coping strategies.

What’s one thing you wish more people understood about living with ADHD?

I wish people understood it's not made up

It's not dramatic .

It's not attention seeking! 💛

I completely agree. ADHD is a real condition, not a choice or a way to seek attention. Thank you for sharing this—it’s so important to keep raising awareness and reminding people that everyone’s experience deserves understanding, not judgment💛
