I'm trying to stop this worse case scenario of how I picture things will go.
I understand that's possible, but what about the best outcome. I don't know many people that think that way...so I'm starting.

Yes, I know how to manage now...
I received my injection today but before that the nurse checked my blood pressure...
It was 118/89 which is indicative of a healthy brain, heart and other things.
Just proves that what I'm doing is working!
