Restarting meds
I am thinking about going to my doctor & restarting meds... I stopped taking it a few months ago and here I am back to square one 😅

Have you ever stopped taking meds completely and realised that you might need it again??
I went cold Turkey off Paxil once and it threw me for a loop. I had to get back on them.

I have a prescription that I take on an "as needed" basis. Over the summer I was doing pretty good and felt like I was at a point where I didn't need it anymore. Nope. I do need it. Honestly, I'm going to be seeing my doctor in a week and I'm stressing that I definitely need to renew the prescription, and maybe have a stronger dose (I'm on the lowest possible).
I’m on as needed clonazapam for my anxiety. I’ve had it for about 6 years. At first I was on a regimen where I took a small dose in the morning and small dose in the evening. I eventually weaned myself off. About a month ago I started having very bad anxiety and depression. So I’m back on that regimen. I feel like I even need a higher dose. I see the Dr on Friday. I’m a little stressed myself. I just want to get to the bottom of this. I know we all do Google searches that scare us But don’t worry about taking them if you have too. At least until the Dr can get things straightened out.
