irritability
I'm not sure what it is or why this happens, but occasionally I will have days where I am irritable and everything makes me annoyed, and it builds and builds till I get really angry. Things like websites not loading, small messes, sounds I don't like, etc that normally i would be able to handle suddenly become huge problems that I can't really solve easily, because they are out of my control, and i get so worked up about it. I try not to act on my feelings, despite wanting to throw things.
Sometimes these moods last for a few hours, sometimes they last for a few days. I am writing this on day two of one of them. I don't know what causes this or how to fix it.
I have found that it does help a little to complain, but then i feel bad for being negative too often.

I can totally relate to situations like that.
Sometimes I even get so frustrated that, strangely, I suddenly start laughing.
I think it might be an evolutionary coping mechanism.
That seems to help a lot too (for some situations).
I think it stops me from fixating on the frustration
and instead makes me instantly relax and feel better.
I think it happens when the mind decide to laugh it all off
and see some humor in the situation for relief.
