Thats my first post and ima sorry for my bad english its not my first language and id something is not understandable tell me.

I think im loosing my mind if if i am at a yong age and most of you might say that i am overdramatic but i have so many things in my head right now and i cant talk with any of my close friends or my paratents beacuse i dont think they will undestand . im 17 (about to be 18) and i constantly overthink my life for the future and my plans or even my love life. First i am honestly overthinking what ill do after school beacuse i have no oreantation on what i want to do as a job or career . I feel like i am  never going to find love and its no beacuse im ugly but cant say that i am above 5 maybe its beacuse of my past releationships that wasted year and a half at whitch i was been cheated on 3 times and even after that i tried to get back with the same person . My next relationships after that were short 1 to 3 months and at my last one i was ditched to wait for a 1 hour at a cafee where i bought flowers and a small gift (it was a valentines day) adn after that maybe for 11 months ive been alone and cant seem to have feelings for no one and if i catch feeling for someone they either get whit someone other or when i get close to them and i start seeing things that just push me away from that person. Even now theres a girl that i know likes me and i feel bad for rejecting her beacuse we got close and the things she is talking about genualy push me away like she hates her father and wats to cut all contact whit him or that her friends are this and that and that genualy pushes me away more and more. Its not that i want a relationship with someone who doesnt have personal problems or to be just perfect actualy the oposite. Maybe im brainwashed beacuse of all the romance animes i watch but that i think is a diferent story. i also may have a adiction to p*rn that influences my thinking. if there is someone who can hwlp me in some sort of a away please beacuse i think im loosing my mind.

@frankLion276

I can understand your pain. I can understand what you are trying to express.

I can feel the pain of having no one to talk to about how stressed you feel and worrying that they might not understand you.

Please do not stress yourself about your future and love life. Overthinking will not help make things the way you want them to be; instead, it can deplete your energy and make it harder to focus and be productive. Shift your focus to doing the best you can now, rather than focusing on the future. Whatever small, productive actions you take in the present will help shape your future.

Write down your thoughts on whether you want to pursue further studies or get a job. Create a flowchart to understand which path will lead to your goals. You can make a decision accordingly.

Please do not consider yourself ugly. Who we are on the inside is more important in a relationship than how we look on the outside. You have not chosen how you look. You are the way nature has created you. Accepting it will bring peace to your mind. Even if your body does not look the way you want it to, you can still be a beautiful and caring person on the inside.

It is painful to have problems in your relationships. It is painful to struggle with loneliness. Just as you do not choose everyone to be your girlfriend, others also have the right to make their own choices. We like certain people, and we may not like others. For example, you may not want to be in a relationship with someone who has certain personal problems. We all have our preferences. The girls who left you might have had their preferences. We cannot force anybody to like us, and others cannot force us to like them.

It is a good sign that you have realized that it has become an addiction for you and that it is causing problems in your relationships. Identifying the issue is a strong step toward improvement. You can gradually work on your addiction to improve your real-life connections.

Please do not let yourself become overwhelmed. Write down whatever is disturbing you, one by one. Ask yourself: What is disturbing me? What do I want? What has been missing? How can these things be fixed? Shift your focus from how things are to what can be done now. How can everything be sorted out one by one? Write down all the problems that you have been facing, and then write potential solutions that you can work on to improve your situation.

Things will not improve overnight. You have to work on them one by one. Gradually, you will begin to find answers, and your stress will start to ease. You will begin to feel calmer.

Focus on finding solutions to each of your problems. Focus on what can be done, not on what is happening. Take charge of your Problem-Solution Sheet. You can do it. You have to do it for yourself.
