Hello everyone, I'm Gamze living in Turkey, if you follow the news a little bit, you must have heard of the catastrophic earthquake in Turkey. We have been struggling with this pain for about a week. Of course, it is not the same as those who lost their family, but as an anxiety sufferer, I spend my days in fear of having a panic attack again during this period. Whatever I do, I will overcome this fear. I have tried standardized things other than listening to music, traveling, taking a shower, reading a book. Unfortunately, my sleeping schedule was ruined for fear of an earthquake again, and this disaster that came just when I was putting my life in order, destroyed us all.

I’m so sorry you and your community had to go through that and are still enduring the after effects of it. It's completely understandable to feel anxious about the potential of another one. My thoughts are with you and everyone else in Turkey.💜

Hi Friend,

I am so sorry about what Turkey is facing right now, it's heart wrenching. My best wishes and prayers to God for helping Turkey get back on track as soon as possible and give strength to dear people to endure and struggle.

Everything will be back in order with time, I really wish!

I believe, a catastrophic event like this can really put some strong traumatic feeling marks in our memory and mind and it's very tough to battle that feeling... But faith and carefulness is our only instrument to lead through it.... Nothing else is! We got to only co-operate with helping our people back and help them with their mental health!

Please take care and my best wishes with Turkey and it's people! 🙏🌻🌻🌷❤️
