Hi i am writing there for the first time. I am dealing with academical stress. Because of this my hair started to fall out and i gained an heart disease before so. I feel like i need to control this thing. And actually i know and applying some tactics but whenever it gets deeper my mental rejects to deal with that. I am trying to get an sleeping schedule and i am working out and feeling great about it but at this point i started to procrastinating my responsibilities. I don’t know what to do or how to deal anymore. Don’t worry i am living this anxiety since the day that i born but things gets spicier. I feel like i need support and ideas so here i am.

I'm so sorry you are struggling.

You are going through so much.

Exams can be tough.

It's important to always remember, we can only ever do our best.

What works for me is breaking things down into small and manageable chunks, taking regular breaks.

Getting things done and seeing the progress stops you from being so overwhelmed and builds on your confidence.

thank you so much, i am trying to doing this but i find out i have an unhealthy relationship with planing things. Even seeing planning paper making me feel very anxious. I have to remembered myself that planning paper can not hurt me, it is not an dangerous thing. (Don’t get me wrong i am not crazy off course i know i it can not physically hurt me but it is making me feel that way)I guess it comes from the hardworking that i have to do when i am trying to preparing myself to university examination. I guess i have to find a way. But yea

I understand what you mean, maybe using colourful notepaper to plan things might be less daunting 💖
