Anxiety Can Go Die In A Dark Hole.
Hey all.
So i'm just going to post abt my anxiety, because why not?
I recently (as in the past couple weeks) had two seperate (what I think is) panic/anxiety attacks. I'm not sure which.
The first time, I was recording my audition for a musical. (which I mention in a post on the depression support community.) I was trying to record it, and I then suddenly my stomach started to hurt. Really hurt. I sat down, clutching my stomach, and then my ears started ringing and I had spotty vision. This is sort of like what happens sometimes when I get shots at the doctors. It disappeared after I lay down and closed my eyes, but it worried me.
The second time was about a week ago. I stubbed my toe really hard, and it started bruising immediately. I got super worried, because somewhere, (idk where) I'd heard that when you get a bruised toenail, a hole has to get drilled In the nail to let out the blood. Then about the same thing happened, except my stomach didn't hurt and my breathing was really fast and I was shaking. That was misinformation, obviously, but it took me about 10 minutes to fully calm down, after I closed my eyes and breathed, just focusing on that.
I'm not sure if they were anxiety or panic attacks. I'm pretty sure there's a difference, but I don't know. Will someone please tell me? And also maybe some tips to prevent them? Thanks. <3
