Anxiety
I’ve suddenly become more anxious out of no where, not quite sure what I’m even worried about think it’s just subconsciously. Having difficulties sleeping and staying asleep now, insomnia.

Hi Rylee,
I totally understand what you are going through. Sometimes I feel nervous at times. Other times I feel just fine. I know a lot of people on here are going through the exact same thing and dealing with nerves and anxiety. You might feel better if you do yoga or meditation. Make sure you are not drinking too much caffeine. Sometimes when I drink too much coke I feel nervous. Do you think it is a social anxiety? When do you experience the anxiety?

@IamRylee i get how you feel, but just remember everything is okay and if not it will all be okay eventually focus on the beauty of things
@IamRylee Whoever is reading this, can you please suggest a therapist who can help me for free, I am unemployed, 30F who lives with her parents and depends on them. I am lost right now, please
@IamRylee Anxiety can be a tough one to pin point exactly what is going on. Typically one of the features with anxiety is past traumas that trigger it in later life. Though, I personally don't like using the term "trauma" because it is a such a strong word to me, it can be a number of things that caused a deep impact into yourself such as how you were raised, or abuse from family, or previous relationships, bullying, etc.
It would be best advised to seek out a therapist to talk about these feelings you have and how you can work through them. Maybe try to journal. You don't need to keep detailed information on what your whole day was but noting down what you were doing, what your environment was like when you started feeling anxious, and the thoughts you had when you were feeling anxious can help with a starting point to pin pointing your own triggers.
Unlike the common thought some triggers take a little bit to really leave an impact on someone. Sometimes a triggering even can take hours, or days before you realize what happened. But don't give up on yourself. Because it might be a coping skill you developed to block out these triggers in order to live your life. The Anxious feelings are just now showing because you reached your limit.

@IamRylee Dont fight the insomnia or the anxiety. It seems to get worse if you do. There's probably something you want to think about or plan (etc) and it's keeping you awake and "anxious" possibly eager.... I think you should stop fighting it and do soul searching, planning, relax, and maybe go somewhere sightsee something big, natural. Maybe you're not getting out enough.
