Anxiety
Hi, I’m struggling with anxiety and intrusive thoughts that I can’t seem to control. My mind keeps replaying images and questions over and over, even when I don’t want to think about them. Sometimes I try to distract myself or calm down, but the thoughts always come back, and it makes me feel exhausted. These thoughts often come at night, and they make it really hard for me to sleep or relax. I feel trapped in my own mind, and it’s overwhelming at times. I keep asking myself questions in my head, analyzing, and replaying scenarios, and even though I know it’s not helpful, I can’t stop. I would really appreciate someone just to listen and support me, to help me feel calmer and safer. I just need understanding and guidance for how to cope with my anxiety and intrusive thoughts
Thank you for being here and listening.

🥺
I'm here to say, I hear you and I'm sorry you are struggling.
Thank you for your honesty.
It's not always easy to seek help.
That's a strength.
I too struggle at times with this and it's like the thoughts are going around like a constant loop in your head, manageable when you are busy or caught up in the noise.
But when the silence comes, it's harder to escape.
What I do, is listen to music, to calm me and drown out the negative thoughts.
I keep a good routine.
Doing something physical, to enable me to be tired when I go to bed.
I also use lavender spray.
I tell myself , this shall pass, I am safe, it cannot hurt me.
In those moments of exhaustion, come here, even just to be told, I care and what you have to say matters 💚

Sometimes I feel everything is perfect for me but my mood can change within a sec , and I start have negative thoughts especially about my partner that he is so perfect to me , and i sabotage our relationship with so much overthinking..
I really wanna stop this and the more I try , it come even more stronger than before
I feel so overwhelmed to the point of panic and even not sleeping at all

Yes, I get that, it happens in an instant.
One minute you are fine and then bam, you are in a foul mood, and you don't know why.
It's like a switch flicked.
I know, it can be relentless.
But it's important you trust in yourself and in your partner and communicate what it is like for you in those moments.
Dont put all of your focus or pressure on sleep, or it will make it harder.
Writing these thoughts down and burning them when you are finished might take the power and intensity out of them 💚

You’re not alone, intrusive thoughts and anxiety can be overwhelming, especially at night, and it’s exhausting to feel trapped in your own mind. These thoughts don’t define you; they’re a symptom of anxiety, not who you are. You deserve understanding, support, and peace, and with the right help and coping tools, things can get better. Be gentle with yourself, you’re doing your best. 🤍
