Anxiety came back? Is that normal?
I was diagnosed with severe anxiety my whole life as I am a cancer survivor so based on my childhood, it is pretty common to have anxiety disorders etc. But the past few years I’ve tried soo hard to cure my anxiety and was on antidepressants so it was actually gone! I haven’t had any anxiety attacks since the past entire year! Haven’t felt any anxiety symptoms either. But now all of a sudden IT IS BACK! And I don’t know how to cure it again and it’s making living a lot worse. It has changed my appetite. I can’t eat anything because whenever I do, I get really bad intrusive thoughts which makes me anxious and upsets my stomach so due to those anxiety stomaches, I cannot eat anything!

I can understand how difficult this situation must be for you, dealing with severe anxiety while also managing the aftermath of your cancer diagnosis. It's understandable that you would be seeking a cure and feeling frustrated that your hard work to manage your anxiety was not successful in the long run.
♥️🦁🌹One important thing to keep in mind is that anxiety is a common response to stress, and it can be triggered by a wide range of factors both within and outside of our control. While there is no "cure" for anxiety, there are many coping strategies and treatments available that can help reduce the frequency and intensity of anxiety symptoms. The key is to find what works best for you and to be patient with yourself as you work through the process.
♥️🦁🌹One suggestion may be to work with a mental health professional such as a therapist or counselor who specializes in treating anxiety disorders. They can help you develop coping skills and strategies to manage your anxiety, and can provide support and guidance as you work through this challenging time. It's also important to prioritize your physical and mental health as much as possible and to seek support from friends, family, and other supportive network.
Keep in mind that you are not alone in this struggle, and there are many people who can relate to your experience. It's important to take care of yourself and remember that this too shall pass.
Love ♥️ and Courage 🦁, Tas 🌹
