Anxiety feeling physical

So I was holding onto a computer of my boyfriedns and my father found it and took it. He talked to me just now and believes me and says hes going to talk to my mom about what to do moving forward. 

For the past 3 days since he found it, my stomach has been hurting and is upset. I cant eat without feeling sick. I constantly feel like im going to throw up. Its horrible. 

Its getting worse now because I know when I talk to my mom abkut this its going to be a bit worse than the talk with my father even though my mom is the better parent and theres so many things going on in my family right now. 

I feel so sick and like im on the verge of throwing up and im so irritable too. 

Im so sick of it all.
