Anxiety from theatre

I'm a preformer and technician for my high school theatre and I get anxiety when it comes to preforming or running the tech for our shows because I'm constantly worried I'll mess up and not do good

That does seem like it would be a stressful responsibility to have. So, I get why you would be worried about making mistakes. One thing to keep in mind is that making mistakes is a natural part of the learning process. No one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes from time to time.💜

Yeah sometimes it gets stressful depending on what you are required to do
