Hi love,
First of all thank you. Thank you for being so open and brave with your words. It takes real strength to speak your truth when you’re hurting, especially when you're used to carrying it all in silence. I want you to know I see you, I hear you, and everything you're feeling is completely valid. You have been through so much, and yet you're still here showing up, caring deeply, trying to hold your world together while navigating pain that would’ve made most people crumble. That’s not weakness. That’s resilience. Becoming a mum so young, fighting through postnatal depression, and giving your all literally your body to nourish your child… that’s an act of fierce love. You’ve already walked through fire, and it’s okay if your heart is tired. It’s okay if the weight of everything feels too much. You're human, and you deserve rest, support, and to be held too not just be the one holding everything up. As for your partner you didn’t deserve the betrayal. You didn’t deserve to beg for support while healing from wounds you didn’t inflict. That kind of pain cuts deep, especially when you finally opened up and said “I need you.” You had every right to expect love, safety, and accountability and it’s not on you to fix what someone else broke. Love is not just staying it’s showing up. Consistently. With presence and effort and being neurodivergent adds another layer most people can’t even begin to understand. That constant internal storm, the analyzing, the disconnection it’s exhausting. You are not broken for feeling the way you do. Your brain is just navigating the world in its own unique, intense way, and you deserve gentleness for that, not judgment or pressure. As for the beautiful soul who shared about anxiety and flying you are not alone either. White coat syndrome (BP anxiety) and flight anxiety are so common, and they don’t make you weak. They make you human. You’ve tried. You’ve been patient. And that effort is enough. Maybe what you need isn’t to “fight” anxiety but to start treating it like a frightened part of you that needs love, not fixing. Therapy (especially CBT), EMDR, or even gentle medication with a compassionate doctor might help. You don’t have to suffer in silence. To both of you You are worthy. Of real love. Of rest. Of safety. You are not too much. You are not a burden. You are carrying heavy things, and it’s okay to say this is hard. Because it is. Please keep reaching out. Keep speaking. You’re not alone here and if no one’s said it to you today I’m proud of you So deeply proud. 💛
