Anxiety relief
@humorousHouse2071
Dear Beloved,
I can feel your pain. You are not alone. I am with you. Distracting your mind with activities that make you feel better can help ease your pain. Sometimes, following a gentle routine, doing self-care tasks, or completing household chores can help divert our minds from painful thoughts, and gradually we begin to heal. Isolation can worsen it. Try to connect with people by visiting a hobby club or spending time in a nearby garden. Being around people can also help ease your pain. Talk to people around you. Sharing your feelings with others can help release emotional tension. You can also try writing down your thoughts.
Please take extra care of yourself. Be your own support system.
Sending strength, support, and healing 💕
I feel numb and lazy to do anything. I fear that I don’t do anything productive then again I still do anything. I’m stuck. Day by day my physical and mental health both are getting worse. I feel anxious about every little interaction and situation. Nothing seems to change. I forgot how to talk to people and all the social interactions too, I can’t focus on anything.
Well how i do it is tell my parents how I feel and get a warm hug from them while taking deep breaths also hugging a plushie

Hi bro or sis idk
You are not alone broski, we are with you, I know it sounds kinda basic or generic but doing any kind of exercise really helps alot, even better if you can do it outside your house, hope it helps and keep it up
