Anxious about time passing
I'm 21 and I came home for Christmas. I live in a different country so I visit my parents around 2 times a year. Yesterday I realised that the last time I was home on Christmas was 2 years ago.. I swear the two years feel like a day and I can't handle it. I have the impression that time goes by very quickly and that I'm running out of time. I barely see my parents and It makes it only worse.. I feel like soon I will be old and they won't be with me anymore, even If there is still a lot of years for that, the time is passing so quickly, It will all feel like one day anyway :"D

time passes quicker that many realize being aware of that and making an effort is a GIFT .......
many do not realize and i mean deep down not just a passing "OH yeah it has been this long " ... until they are much older then you ...... so be glad you figured out the values and importance of time at your age.
I’m a few years older than you and know exactly what you mean I swear I blinked and suddenly I’m in my mid 20s I remember being 19 like it was yesterday. Time seems to be going faster and faster I started noticing this when I first entered adulthood. That’s one of my fears watching everyone I’ve known fade away with age. I get it 100 percent

I can relate. As I get older, time goes by faster. It is scary. On top of that not knowing what could happen to you and loved ones. Whether it's accidents or health complications.
