Hello everyone I could use some major coping skills that people have tried to be helpful I’m 34 and a stay at home mom and recently my major anxiety has been horrible and everything has been pushing me over the edge and I was just trying to see what works for others that I could try so I wouldn’t get so irritable all the time or have those panic attacks over the smallest things! 5

@Melindaann Hi Melinda, I have been reading a book called The 10 best ever anxiety management techniques and it is really good. I’m also reading Feeling Good and it’s really good also. You might want to give them a try

Sending support. Being a mom intensified my anxiety more than I ever anticipated. Now the worry is about them! Plus all the things to now manage and balance. You feel like you have to be on it all the time. How old are you children? Have you been able to find a therapist?
