Hey this is my first post, and sorry it might be a long one.

this past couple of weeks I have only focused on the fact that I think I’m dying. I have an ear infection that has lasted for a very long time so I am having issues with that. I am also worried about certain feeling in my head that I get and the dizziness. I think my anxiety only makes all these feelings worse yet I sometimes fail to recognise it and start to panic. It also does not help I have been struggling with dpdr( derealization/depersonalization) without knowing it for a couple years. All these feelings are making my health anxiety sky rocket causing more and more stress. Not a minute of the day goes past where I’m not thinking abo it my symptoms or just my anxiety itself. I can get to sleep okay but then I wake up 4 or 5 hours after and I’m not able to fully get back to sleep. All of this over the past week has left me drained. I also stopped smoking weed a week ago only to relapse last night. I am 19 and have smoked it since I was 13. And every day for the last 2 years. All of this together adding with my *** job giving me a horrible sleeping pattern 4am I go to bed. I think smoking weed numbed my anxiety but it was still there quietly bubbling under the surface.

this is a lot and Thankyou if you read anything. Some advice would be appreciated,. You can tell me anything I do not care! Thanks

Anxiety over health and any symptom has exploded in recent years and it is a drain on our life to worry that some symptoms could be something awful or something simple....

Have you had a physical or general checkup.... is that a possibility ?

It is hard to offer advice because life has its own surprises.... I congratulate you on seeing weed was only numbing your issue.   facing and fixing it is a more permanent solution....

I always find it curious that some of us have these thoughts always assuming me have a health issue vs those who always assume the opposite. The thing about life IMO is the the things i worried about were not what happened and the things that did i should have seen coming but instead i was focused on other non issues.
