I’m currently at this workplace and I feel like this place has made my anxieties grew even more. I started not liking to go for meetings / interviews just because I feel like I’ve difficulty in communicating. :(

I understand. Work can be a difficult environment, which can stress existing anxieties. Its OK to feel like that and good that you are aware of it. Does your workplace have any support services that can help you work thru these challenges? A mentor can be really useful to help you turn situations into opportunities to learn and practice skills that will set you up for life.

I found the book "crucial conversations" really helpful.

I can relate. For me, communicating at the workplace feels like a lengthy performance on a nearly daily basis. It’s not only exhausting being in that environment, but it’s also challenging to try to navigate the social challenges that come along with it.

Agree. I’m an extrovert myself and to have such issues on difficulty in communicating seems off for me (out of my character). So how do u navigate in such situations?
