Emotional Affair
I just found out my wife has at very least been having an emotional affair with another guy for the last month. We argued, I went for a drive and now we aren’t speaking. Anxiety turned up to 10…. Anyhow focusing on this is helpful thanks for the read.

Process them all and it will take time....

It’s been a long night. Only got about an hour of sleep. Have to go chef it up here in a few, not sure how I’m gonna focus on that, but one step at a time I guess.
