Hope that I’m not the only one who struggles making eye contacts with people, haha….💦
It’s a habit of mine that I can’t even get a grip of where it comes from. It’s frustrating when people assume that either it’s because you’re lying, find them uncomfortable, or that you’re not paying attention.

@funnyHuman4225 I try to talk with myself on the mirror... for practicing eye contact and it sometimes helps.
