Fear of Psychosis / Tizanidine & Seroquel questions
I was on 50mg seroquel and just stopped it cold turkey. It’s been a couple months that I’ve been on it and I stopped. The insomnia has been bad and I have Tizanidine and took that. I got the weirdest thoughts and heard random things. I flushed all of them. Has anybody had this happen to them on Tizanidine? Or is it psychosis from the sleep deprivation? I’ve been sleeping, but I’m aware that I’m asleep. I remember my dreams and everything, but I also remember laying down and trying to fall asleep.

I hear if you stop taking Seroquil cold turkey you may experience psyhcosis. Please be careful. But i'm not a dr.🌲
I felt manic this past week. I even had orientation for my new job and my social anxiety was completely gone. But after that, my self awareness kicked in and I realized I was manic. I took Tizanidine and tried to fall asleep but it just made me have weird bizarre thoughts and hypnogogic hallucinations before falling asleep. I feel really depressed and self aware today. Embarrassed of my manic actions
