Anxiety about failing every possible thing- an importable meeting, social interaction, a party, phone call, being a mother. I feel blue.

Many have varying levels of fear of failure. If it is keeping you from doing things you may need to reflect on.

At one time of my life I missed out on things/ opportunities because I was fearful of failure but saw without that risk of failure.... I had zero chance of success.      we all fail it is how we handle it learn from it and grow that matters and in the end many do not remember the  moments where  we just think were embarrassing or failures.

@neatCar3218 It’s tough carrying the weight of feeling like you might fail at everything. Fear of failure can paralyze you and make even the simplest tasks seem overwhelming. But remember this: failure is not the end; it’s a part of growth. It’s okay to stumble. It doesn’t define your worth or capabilities.

When those anxious thoughts creep in, try breaking things down into smaller, more manageable steps. Celebrate the little wins, even if they seem insignificant. And remind yourself that perfection isn’t the goal progress is.

I’ve walked this road too, and that’s why I wrote The Silence. It’s a guide on overcoming fear, anxiety, and embracing a mindset of growth. If you feel like it might help, you can check it out here: The Silence.

You’re not alone in this, and it’s okay to feel blue sometimes. What matters is that you keep showing up and trying. One step at a time. You’ve got this. 💛
