Feeling lost and inferior

Im turning 22 and i feel so lost and behind everyone lately I'm really stressed and feel i wasted my time running after something i couldn't fet but i still can't give up but seeing my age mates make me feel so inferior.. i would like to have a friend or anyone who would like to vent together
