Free therapy
Does anyone know of a free on call therapy for me I am 15 and also my mother in her 40s.
we are going threw a LOT right now and genuinely NEED a therapist fast and soon as possible!
Like no cost at all not at any time please we don’t have much money but we REALLY NEED THIS!!!

have you tried something like the listeners here?
Therapy is seldom free and a call in could be location specific. Therapy is a gamble even when you can pay as i have found many are not a great fit and you need to try a few until you find the help you are seeking.
If both you and your mom are having issues what have you tried before? Self help or reading about things you might have? like many books on topics like depression can give insight.
