Frustrated

So today some uncle came to my house for some work, dad sent for ...i don't know what just happened after seeing him i felt so afraid ( i Never saw that person, first time seeing him) ... somehow maintaining my calm n when he left i felt so so unsafe, an anxious , trembling, difficult to breathe n cried for like an hour. Even now i feel so frustrated n anxious.

Considering you have never seen him before, that does sound scary. I would feel the same way. I'm sorry you felt unsafe. Has your dad confirmed that it was your uncle? I hope you are okay now. <3💛💫
