@jhfjfrella

I listen to music, to drown out the noise, it helps me to relax and feel calm and more rested 💕💜

@jhfjfrella I too struggle with this.

what helps me is listening to songs or some calming music, writing down my feelings somewhere so it gives me more clarity.

I try not to act on those thoughts, but instead sit with my feelings, and remind myself that they're temporary and will eventually pass. you're not alone in this 🤍 Sending lots of love your way 🐾💕

Heyy, I think the best you can do is let it all out, cry even if it's alone, and then I like to listen to music (I have a playlist for that with Lana del Rey, cigarettes after sex, and so on, if you want, I can even send it to you) and I end up falling asleep.

But hey, gorgeous, I hope the best for you and that everything goes well.💖 If you need anything, you already know.😊
