Hello! I clearly have some kind of trauma from previous relationships, because I am constantly jealous of my partner for no reason, I constantly think that when he is out he is looking at girls and I am going crazy. I'm constantly overthinking things. I don’t know what to do

Thank you for sharing what you’re going through. It sounds really tough to feel that way and it makes sense that past experiences could be influencing how you’re feeling now. Dealing with jealousy and overthinking can be exhausting and stressful.

Have you had a chance to talk to your partner about how you’re feeling? Sometimes just sharing what’s on your mind can really help lighten the load.

Hello 👋🏻 thank you for your response. Yes I have talked to him about this problem and he tries not to hurt me and does not look at a girl in front of me, he complies. But I always think that when he's out alone or at work ..he's looking at others, I always think so...

Hi, sorry to hear you are battling with your thoughts this way. What was the last nice thing he did for you or with you? Can you focus on that to shake off your insecurities?

That’s rough. You mention your current partner hasn’t given you any reason to feel insecure and that your insecurities must stem from past relationships. I would say, it could then be useful to try to take control of your thoughts and focus on the truth i.e. I have a trustworthy partner now etc. Thoughts aren't facts. This is important, so that you don’t allow your fears to create a false reality.
