Things have been so awfully hard for a while now. Idk what I feel or why I feel anything. I lost the dearest person to me. On top of that I lost someone I thought loved me but turns out not. Idrk. I feel pretty anxious and alone. School stress is so hard I am so drained. I dont know anymore

@idkbroiamtired

🥺

I'm sorry you lost two people close to you.

That's hard enough and then to contend with school.

Please take things one day at a time, small, manageable steps and be gentle with yourself 💜💕

Tysm for showing care. I really appreciate. Yeah it is hard. Lost both of them in 2 different ways. One is more longer with us and the other simply left me very harshly. It is just very hard, but it is thanks to people like this who are kind that I can keep going even through all this ***. Tysm genuinely

@idkbroiamtired I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I recently actually had a sort of 'best friend break-up' and I know how hard it is. It's been a few months and it still hurts. If you ever want to talk about it, or just chat about random stuff for no reason, I'm here. Hugs and love to you. <3

That sounds incredibly heavy — like you’re standing in the middle of too many losses and pressures at once, and your heart just can’t keep up anymore. Losing someone dear to you can already shake your entire sense of meaning and safety — and when that’s followed by losing someone you thought loved you, it leaves this deep, aching emptiness that’s hard to even name. Add school stress and exhaustion on top of that, and it’s no wonder you feel drained and unsure of everything.

You don’t need to know exactly what you feel right now. When life hits this hard, emotions stop being neat and clear — they blur together into numbness, confusion, anxiety, and fatigue. That’s not weakness. That’s your mind trying to protect you from too much pain at once.

It’s okay to not be “okay” right now. It’s okay if you’re just surviving, doing the bare minimum, breathing through each day. You’ve been through so much — anyone in your place would be struggling too.

You don’t have to face this entirely on your own. Even if it feels like nobody could really understand, please don’t isolate yourself in the silence of this pain. Reach out — to a counselor at school, a trusted adult, a friend, or even a helpline. You don’t need to have the right words; you can simply say, “I’m struggling and I don’t know what to do.” That’s enough to begin finding support.

.You deserve to be held through this — not judged, not rushed, just understood. You’ve lost a lot, but that doesn’t mean you’ve lost yourself. The part of you that still reaches out for connection, that still wants to be heard, is proof that your hope — even if it’s faint — is still alive.

For tonight, try to do just one small, kind thing for yourself — even if it’s just lying down with a blanket, letting your body rest, or writing a few words about how heavy everything feels. You don’t have to fix your life tonight. You just need to stay here long enough for gentler days to find you again.
